Okuma CNC Cadet & Captain Lathes

Our CNC turning department is anchored by our high quality
Okuma CNC Cadet and Captain lathes equipped with bar feeder
systems, live tooling, and load monitoring technology.

These machines are capable of lights-out machining
24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The monitoring system
is sensitive enough to detect even a broken 6-32 tap.

The machines hold tolerances of ±.0002″ consistently
with spindle run-out under .00002″.

We run production volumes ranging from small batches
to hundreds of thousands of components per year.

Through detailed inspection procedures we develop
a deep understanding of tool life which allows us
to load bar feeders efficiently and run long,
stable production cycles.
