Accuratool Automatics with Bar Feeders
At Hollingsworth we have a full complement of Accuratool Automatic Screw Machines to produce small volume to high volume basic turned component parts.
These machines can run diameters from 1/6″ to 1 1/6″, have 12′ Bar Feeders, Six Position Turrets, Two Cross Slides, and a Cut-Off Slide.
They can also be operated as chuckers for back-end drilling, tapping, or deburring work.
While these machines are considered classics when compared to new technology swiss machines, we have meticulously maintained them, keep a huge amount of repair parts, and utilize them to produce inexpensive and simple turned products.
Sometimes a basic fastener, washer, bolt, stud, or screw doesn’t require the more expensive swiss machine to be produced efficiently.
