Our strongest position in manufacturing is turning work. With the combination of barfeed automated systems and labor intense chucking, we can turn all kinds of parts.

Our Okuma Captain has both Chuck and Collet Capacity. This Bad Girl can run 3/8” Diameter to 2 5/8” Diameter Bar Stock under Automatic Lights Out Operation with the SMW S2001 Electric Barfeeder. The Captain also has Live Tooling for parts that need a Hex, Flat, Cross-Hole, or other milled feature all done in One Set-Up.

Our CNC Turning equipment includes state of the art Okumas & Mori SEIKIS. With bar deeders and robotic loaders, we can run bar stock to 2 5/8" diameter and chucked slugs or castings to 10" diameter. volume work is nearly unlimited. we can run 24 hours a day - Lights Out Manufacturing!

Our Accuratool Automatic Screw Machines run bar up to 1.062” in diameter and stock length to 12’. They have six station turrets, and three independent cross-slides. In one of the pictures you can see a machine with various gauges. This is an example of how we set up to inspect critical dimensions at the machining source. In that particular set-up, the operator collects every part that is produced, inspects four critical dimensions and either accepts it or rejects it….but an out of print part NEVER gets to the customer!

These machines require less than 3 hours to set-up on typical jobs and can run production from 1,000 pcs. to 100,000 pcs. They hold tolerances of .005” and sometimes less depending on the material. They are great for basic threaded or non-threaded pins, tapped or non-tapped bushings, and fastener components. Anything under 1 1/6” that doesn’t require extensive milling or back-end work can be done on these machines for less than you can buy your part from China…..and you don’t even have to call us at 3:00 AM to reach us!
