At Hollingsworth, we inspect your parts AT THE SOURCE of production. We develop an intimate understanding of your parts. Critical print dimensions are inspected during manufacture, we have notbooks/logbooks at every machine. We note insert changes, offset adjustments, and inspection results. And then we keep batches of parts separated if problems or out-of-tolerance products is produced. We DO NOT wait until all the material is run, pull out a small percentage, and then realize we have a problem.

EXAMPLE: In one part we produce, the volume is over 100,000 pcs per year. It has three critical features which ensure the part performs in the customers assembly. We inspect 100% all three features and scrap parts that don't meet the print! In TEN YEARS we have never had a customer reject on that product. that's over a million parts produced without reject!
